Our Policies 

At Odyssey, we are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. We prioritize treating everyone the highest level of respect and kindly ask that you adhere to the policies we have established. These have been thoughtfully crafted to ensure the protection of both our clients and our small business.

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be instances when you can't make your appointment. That's why we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, will require payment for the full cost of the missed appointment. Once we receive payment, we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling for a more convenient time.

No Shows

If you cannot attend your appointment without prior notice, we will charge you the full amount before rescheduling, similar to our cancellation policy. Additionally, if we reach out to you and you don't respond by the end of the next day, we will invoice you for the missed appointment. Please note that if the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, we may need to take further action, which could result in you being welcomed back to our salon.

Arriving on 
Time

We understand that delays can happen, but we kindly request that you contact us if you're running. This way, we can ensure that we can still accommodate you your service. If we don’t hear from you, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
